Current• Manage the shared email inbox by responding to inquiries and cataloging contract updates, changes, and other requests into an Excel spreadsheet• Interpret contractual language to program service fees, rebates, and other terms in SAP• Handle expired contracts by contacting the relevant client development leads for guidance and updating the programming accordingly• Update banking, settlement, contact, and other client information per client request• Review colleagues’ programming and provide detailed corrections to prepare for managerial review
