Current- Manage the shared email inbox by responding to inquiries and cataloging contract updates, changes, and other requests into an Excel spreadsheet
- Interpret contractual language to program service fees, rebates, and other terms in SAP
- Handle expired contracts by contacting the relevant client development leads for guidance and updating the programming accordingly
- Update banking, settlement, contact, and other client information per client request
- Review colleagues’ programming and provide detailed corrections to prepare for managerial review
