Doctor in Pharmacy and holder of a degree in industrial and biomedical pharmacy.After an industrial experience in the fields of interventional and cardiovascular neuroradiology, I joined the National Laboratory of Metrology and Essays in 1998 as a Chargé d'affaires in the certification division G-MED (French Notified Body). As an auditor, evaluator in the framework of the CE marking of medical devices and the quality system certification, I also carried out quality system inspections according to 21CFR Part 820 as part of the Accredited person's program of US FDA (Food & Drug Administration).In 2006, I became head of theFrench notified body G-MED, responsible for all the certification activities in the medical field.I joined the french National Agency for the Safety of Medicines and Health Products (ANSM) in April 2013, within the Inspection Department, as manager of the Market Surveillance Inpection division for the management of surveillance activities of operators in the field of medical devices, in vitro diagnostic devices and cosmetic products.From January 2015 to September 2018, I held the position of Deputy Director of the Division for therapeutic medical devices and cosmetics of the ANSM.Since October 1, 2018, I am Deputy Director of the Division for Medical Devices, Cosmetics and In Vitro Diagnostic Systems Department. The missions and activities of this division are market surveillance (excluding inspection), the management and authorization of biomedical research or advertising authorization requests, as well as European coordination on the same scope of activities and products.
