CurrentEco Material Technologies is the largest marketer and distributor of fly ash and the leading producer of sustainable cementitious products in the United States. We are the first national, environmentally focused, near-zero carbon cement producer in the country. Combining the Boral Resources business with Green Cement Inc., Eco Material is the leading marketer and distributor of fly ash, with 50% volume share in the US and the industry's only true national footprint of logistics networks and distribution channels. We also maintain patented technology that can utilize fly ash and other supplementary materials to produce innovative, low carbon products as green substitutes for Portland cement. We can also beneficially use fly ash that is unmarketable today by transforming it with our technology into a high value manufactured product with environmental benefits. The company was founded in early 2022 and is now backed by three very strong sponsors including Warburg Pincus (New York) and One Equity Partners (Chicago). Reporting to the Chairman and CEO, the CFO will be responsible for leading all aspects of the company's financial function, including accounting, control, treasury, capital budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, metrics and tax planning. The CFO will also be responsible for all IT activities incl. N&I as well as Helpdesk and Software Development. The CFO will proactively partner with the CEO and peer management team members to increase shareholder value through the attainment of operational and financial goals. Additionally, the CFO will optimize corporate earnings power and cash flow by helping the business identify and capture revenue and margin growth, cost reduction and operational efficiency opportunities, incl. working capital management. Ultimately the CFO will prepare and lead the sale of the business along with the CEO and the Sponsor group.
