In charge of International tax policy with the Group Tax DIrector such as the Transfer Pricing Policy, the BEPS rules (ie Pilar 2, Pilar 1).In charge of taxes with Canal+ International and its WW perimeter : (i) France with around 10 entities and Group Tax consolidation, (ii) Africa with around 30 countries and subsidiaries, (iii) Europe with around 20 countries and entities, (iv) Asia with Singapore, Vietnam, Myanmar, and (v) America with Canada and the USA.

My function covers domestic and international tax matters in (i) Canal+ Group, a France's leading publisher of premium and theme channels, France's leader in the aggregation and distribution of pay-TV offers in France and a world pay-TV distributor in more 45 countries (also payTV companies in Switzerland, Vietnam, Poland, Myanmar, Austria and Africa), (ii) GVA, a Telecom operator on the high-speed Internet access in Africa which builds its own fibre optic FTTH network with more 10 subsidiaries in Africa and (iii) CanalOlympia, the first network of cinema and entertainment venues in Africa, with a total of 18 theaters in twelve countries on the African continent and in Madagascar.I work at Vivendi Finance Department-tax Department and help directly the Canal+ Group management in the following :- business framework (tax impact and Business Agreements, VAT, Accounting, Custom Duties, other taxes applied in specific activity such as Films rights distribution, etc.) and tax counsel to foreign subsidiaries;- Corporate Operations (M&A, tax reporting, tax review, ETR, international projects);- Tax risk (managing Tax audit and tax litigation; developing transfer pricing tax policy; monitoring tax discussion with the French and foreign tax authorities) The scope of my function covers mainly France, Europe, Africa and Asia.
