I am a seasoned professional with over 12 years of specialized experience as a senior Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning leader and Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting Expert. I have served in different position from Research Associate, Data Manager, Data Analyst, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Specialist, MEL Director, MEL/CLA Director and Senior MEL/CLA Advisor. I have significant experience coordinating and collaborating with policy makers and donors and working on large donor-funded projects with USAID, PEPFAR, Global Fund, UNITAID, Global Affairs Canada and private donors/foundations and have an excellent program management skill and team management skills.My skills on MEL involves leading the development, implementation and adaptation of performance monitoring and evaluation plans/frameworks that include clearly defined indicators that reflect a causal model, operational protocols for systematic collecting data, data verification, systematic analysis and use.
