Co-founder and VP of Quest Capital, Thierry is known for his leadership and business acumen in acquiring new development lands and multi residential real estate properties.For the past years, Thierry has been focused on Quest’s company structure growing from 2 co-founders actively involved in the operations to approximately 15 employees including all essential departments from investment, development to property management.Working closely with internal partners raising over 15M in private investments and structuring beyond 175M in debt financing, Thierry as played an important role on acquiring strategic development sites to secure Quest’s growth path for the next 10 years exceeding 3,000 units in developable land.Thierry has been investing and operating multiple real estate projects in Quebec and New Brunswick since 2015.
