HEGP is a modern hospital which is implementing an Electronic Patient Record (EPR) and an Ordering Entry System through out the entire facility. This EPR (Coherence) receive the eEurope Award. The solution is fully integrated with an Appointment and Scheduling System, Laboratory Information Systems, a RIS-PACS, and a Billing System. It is based upon an integration middleware, Single Sign On capabilities and a referential manager system. It is currently used by more than 3000 users on 1800 workstations (120 laptops), in 40 care units and 12 outpatient clinics. I manage a team of 8 employees who are application engineers, technicians, and trainers. This team is responsible for the validation of software solution, integration, deployment methodology, organization of user trainings, maintenance, support and evolution of applications. This job includes a lot of contacts with suppliers, as well as many hospitals.

1) French DRG's (Diagnosis Related Group) : I managed a team of 3 people in charge of the implementation of French DRG's. I was responsible of the analysis of the DRG in a hospital environment. I implemented a local data warehouse and trained physicians and nurses, based on DRG and HEGP information system. 2) EPR (Coherence) : T2A (French DRG's) computerization, worflow of blood sampling, data warehouse, reporting 3) Clinical research : Heat-related deaths in the HEGP's emergency department, Comete-Conn cohort, computerization of guidelines, mortality tables, EsPeR1 project (Personalized risks assessment) 4) Teaching : Master, MSBM, P1 à D4, medical informatic, biostatistics
