A few examples of the projects I was responsible for:- Complete concept development of a self-service check-in kiosk for the Cargo divison (first in the air cargo industry). Responsible for the blue print with a central focus on the customer experience, coordination of the IT developments and operational implementation. This concept will be further implemented within the Swissport Network.- Coordinate a transformation programme "Fit for the Future" within the Swissport NL organization.- Successful implementation of the Pharma Handling Product line and achieved the required internationally recognized Certification for the Cargo operation.
