I worked closely with our Country Manager across all aspects of the business focusing on providing high-quality services and support to our clients to enable further business. With a fantastic team of 8 collaborators, I covered all project and support operations in the Front Office and Risk spaces. I also managed directly one of our four key accounts.

I provided support and expert advice to one of the largest customers worldwide coordinating a team of experts across all topics from technical to functional Front to Back.

For core front office module, reviewed weekly flow of 10-20 dev requests, furthering requirements, establishing priorities with consultants and dev team. Dynamically set and communicated medium term enhancement strategy.

I took on the first product owner role at Murex (i.e. Scrum, as opposed to Waterfall) to build an enterprise-grade reconciliation tool based on a prototype and methodology I designed and successfully deployed on project.

Delivered large client projects involving the design of tailored solutions for customers across Europe. Coached a team of 5 junior consultants in delivering excellence in support over a broad range of FO topics.

Provided personalized support to half a dozen customers across Europe on Front Office and technical topics on the Murex capital markets solution.
