In more than 20 years experience in Information System Management, I have developed extensive skills in creation, optimization, development and restructuring of IT service centers-business units from tens to several hundred people (distributed team: France, near-shore, off-shore): financial management (P&L), business control & development, HR, Bid-contract management ... who regularly led to gains in performance and productivity.These actions, usually drived in the context of international companies, in coordination with cross-functional services of the Enterprise, allowed me to apply structural harmonization methods (processes, ITIL, Lean), team building spirit and improvement where synergies and benefits were accompanied by economies of scale and commercial successes.Currently under contract until December 2016, I’m looking either for new missions or career opportunities to actively contribute to the success of your projects.
