- in charge of the largest client of the bank in terms of Asset Under Administration and incomes- supervision of all operational teams with the aim of having them deliver the highest possible level of service to the client- entry point to any client’s request, analyze of all entering emails and categorize promptly which items require immediate internal-external coordination, and which ones require immediate escalation- intermediary between the client and all internal departments: transaction processing, FX, corporate actions, pricing, network, fund transfer, swift center, security setup, tax, billing, conversion.- creation of BBH’s issue logs and KPI reports that are then reported to the client’s senior management:· review of monthly incidents (between 50 and 100 per month) logged by operational teams· follow up and coordination with operational teams when some incidents need process changes· arbitration between the client and the operational teams when the latter challenge the fact an issue is an official incident that should be reported

- main point of contact for internationally-located Fund Managers- fund launches, mergers, liquidations- cash account openings and control, security accounts openings in collaboration with sub-custodian network- making of in-depth cash / security / fund-analysis reports upon Fund Manager’s request- information sharing to Fund Managers about international market specificities : restrictions, law changes- setup of automated foreign exchanges on standard funds as well as pooled funds- follow up of purchases, sales, incoming / outgoing cash payments- troubleshooting on these operations in collaboration with operational teams- creation of a macro-based Excel software to create references whose purpose is to track emails for the entire department- close and daily relations with Fund Accounting, Transfer Agent, Client Service Management, Compliance, Legal departments, as well as external Auditors

- implementation of the IFRS mandatory standards in the “Direction de l’Ingénierie”- creation of sophisticated macro-based Excel reports- creation of a new financial reporting procedure combining regional and national departments- making of monthly financial reports for the Engineers’ staff- monthly statements reconciliation between Accounting department and cost center departments, and actions correcting the discrepancies : meetings, collaborations with internal audit- year-end business analysis report creation based on Accounting final statements
