Manage the developers of Skynet (13 FTE's).Area's: portals (Skynet, Kidcity, Arena51, Blogs,...), email marketing, internal applications, Proximus Vodafone, Belgacom TV,...Implementaiton of several guidelines to improve the quality of the deliveries (Sql, PHP, security,...)Creation of a new Media Data Store based on./NET and SqlServerTechnologies used PHP.

Management of 2 teams:. MDS (4 people): Media Data Store in charge of the content like news, meteos, cinema,.. About 60 different feeds to upload and maintain.. ITS (3 people): IT and security in charge of all HW, SW, network and IT security inside Skynet and PC support.

Responsible for the Media Data Store team (4 people): - collect all contents from several providers, storing in Oracle Database and delivery in XML. - development of an important part of the Proximus WAP site.Technologies used: Perl, PHP, Oracle (design, tuning, Sql, PL/Sql)
