- Graduate of the ESSEC International Business School (Europe), and of l'Institut Français des Administrateurs, Thierry Prévot began his career in the Food industry and in the Household Products industry.- He then joined the cosmetics industry as Marketing Manager of L'Oréal Paris, then deputy Managing Director of the Consumer Products Division Europe 10 countries zone; he became head of LaScad, before being appointed head of Consumer Products Division in France and in Western Europe.- He succeeded Jean-Paul Agon as President of L'Oréal Multi-divisions Asia-Pacific zone.- In 2006, Sir Owen-Jones and Jean-Paul Agon asked him to set-up a new strategic function as the group general manager for Financial Communication and for Strategic Prospective.- He is today : 1°) Volunteer in "Passerelles&Compétences", association which is dedicated to promoting and developing skills-based volunteering in link with solidarity associations. 2°) Chairman of the Board of Le Réflexe Solidaire, an endowment fund dedicated to new forms of generosity and cash donation, to help ONG's.3°) Convinced that the first resource of a NGO is its board, he created a totally new program "le Bénévolat de Gouvernance" to help chairmen of ONG's boards to think about their composition and find new members of the board.
