With over 30 years of expertise in the industry (mainly packaging), I have cultivated a strategic perspective that spans marketing, management, R&D, and operations. My career began in the FMCG sector with companies like HP, where I gained valuable insights as an end-user. This foundation led me to engage with key players in the folding and corrugated cardboard value stream, including International Paper, SCA, DS Smith, Emin Leydier-Saica. I have learned that effective business models, executed well, can drive significant improvements in EBIT and ROCE while fostering team cohesion—recognizing that human capital is essential for success. Currently, I leverage my enthusiasm and expertise at the Bobst Group as a member of the extended Management Team, BU Services and the Group Sustainability Committee. Here, I focus on defining and deploying innovative services that enhance customer experience and optimize the cost of ownership of our machines, all while prioritizing sustainability.
