My name is Thiha Min Thant, also known as Ele. I'm currently focusing on a study of arts and graphic design. I have been looking for careers and leadership opportunities in which I can show my potential and obtain some better improvement within myself and around my community, too.I used to be a Project Managing Director for about a year, now I've been taking up new fields that could challenge my full potential. Therefore, I am working as Marketing and Human Resources Director at AIESEC in Southeast Yangon for the year 23.24 and also as a graphic designer intern at SMART Education from May 2023 to October 2023. Market research about potential partnerships, internal talent management, and digital marketing strategies are very important nowadays to keep the company or organizations sustainable and so, this is my very first chance to learn more in those types of areas.
