Area responsible for the development of business and brand communication ideas for Head & Shoulders at the regional level for all Latin American countries except Brazil. In this position, I was able to develop the following projects:• Digital Strategy Development: I revamped the Instagram strategy by creating new communication pillars, tone of voice, and visual concepts. The new approach, focused on product, formula, superiority, and consumer, brought a fresher look-and-feel to the brand, positively impacting follower numbers, engagement, and brand reach.• e-Commerce Optimization: I led, from the brand's side, the revamp of the online store on Amazon Mexico, improving product descriptions with e-Commerce SEO strategies, visuals, and highlighting the brand’s superiority over its main competitors. The optimization resulted in better navigability, creation of categories focused on consumer issues, and an improvement in conversion rates.• Instagram Live Execution: I planned, managed, and executed a live session with two Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) aimed at increasing brand awareness and building closer connections with their followers. The live session had over 110 simultaneous viewers and 20% engagement, reinforcing the connection with the audience.• Continuous Improvement of KPIs: I coordinated weekly meetings for over a year with an agency focused on optimizing digital KPIs. During this period, I led initiatives such as Search Engine Optimization (SEO), search strategy, and report restructuring. I was also responsible for coordinating the next steps and ensuring project delivery within the established timeframe.• Product Rendering Management: I led and supervised, from the brand’s side, the project for producing new product renderings, secondary images, and power images, ensuring quality and timely delivery. In this project, I received highly positive feedback from the team for the quality of the delivery.

• Prepared educational materials such as handouts, practical and experimental assignments for theoretical and laboratory classes.• Provided virtual guidance and support for activities.• Introduced new and more didactic materials to enhance the robustness and ease of understanding of theoretical lessons.• Reviewed activities and assignments with the professor.• Managed and implemented a new grade management system, using Excel for weighted grade distribution.• Created and managed a Drive to compile a digital archive of the course materials taught during the semester, including academic documents such as assignments, projects, and exams.

Worked in the department responsible for the construction and maintenance of the electrical distribution network. During my internship at the company, I contributed to:• Report and Dashboard Management: Developed and maintained integrated dashboards and reports for stakeholders, optimizing decision-making and KPI monitoring.• Third-Party Management: Supervised third-party project analysis companies, conducting daily meetings to prioritize legal demands and ensure the quality of deliverables.• Project and Construction Management: Oversaw the progress of projects and construction from the company’s systems, taking preventive actions and measures to ensure everything was delivered on time, including the necessary documentation.

I had the opportunity to apply my management skills at one of the largest stores in the company in the northern region of Brazil. During my intership, I was able to contribute to:• Sales Growth: Led the restructuring of the school supplies sector, including strategic reallocation, product reorganization, and pricing adjustments. This action resulted in a 10% increase in sales in Jan’22 compared to the previous year.• Increase in Downloads: Developed and implemented a conversion strategy for the AME app, training a team of 3 people. The approach generated an increase in daily downloads from 10 to over 50, boosting customer conversion within the store.• Continuous Improvement: Optimized processes such as O2O (Online to Offline), unloading, and customer service, reducing wait times and increasing customer satisfaction through efficient action plans.
