Head & Shoulders Latin America Digital Marketing Intern
Area responsible for the development of business and brand communication ideas for Head & Shoulders at the regional level for all Latin American countries except Brazil. In this position, I was able to develop the following projects:• Digital Strategy Development: I revamped the Instagram strategy by creating new communication pillars, tone of voice, and visual concepts. The new approach, focused on product, formula, superiority, and consumer, brought a fresher look-and-feel to the brand, positively impacting follower numbers, engagement, and brand reach.• e-Commerce Optimization: I led, from the brand's side, the revamp of the online store on Amazon Mexico, improving product descriptions with e-Commerce SEO strategies, visuals, and highlighting the brand’s superiority over its main competitors. The optimization resulted in better navigability, creation of categories focused on consumer issues, and an improvement in conversion rates.• Instagram Live Execution: I planned, managed, and executed a live session with two Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) aimed at increasing brand awareness and building closer connections with their followers. The live session had over 110 simultaneous viewers and 20% engagement, reinforcing the connection with the audience.• Continuous Improvement of KPIs: I coordinated weekly meetings for over a year with an agency focused on optimizing digital KPIs. During this period, I led initiatives such as Search Engine Optimization (SEO), search strategy, and report restructuring. I was also responsible for coordinating the next steps and ensuring project delivery within the established timeframe.• Product Rendering Management: I led and supervised, from the brand’s side, the project for producing new product renderings, secondary images, and power images, ensuring quality and timely delivery. In this project, I received highly positive feedback from the team for the quality of the delivery.
