This passion led me to transform from a small marketing agency into a fully fledged Marketing Cloud agency, with the goal of helping organisations establish meaningful connections with customers through the use of personalised, creative and data-driven marketing. At Growing Minds, I like to combine my strong background in Econometrics and my creative mindset. I consider meaningful connections to be important not only when it comes to clients and customers, but also when it comes to co-workers. As the CEO, I try to foster an environment in which people want to be a part of the team, in which they feel comfortable and even passionate to innovate and bring their own ideas to the table.
