About Thijs Hoffmann

Growing Minds - the key is in the name: growing. Growth. Since founding Growing Minds a little over a decade ago, I've had a passion for watching organisations grow and succeed. This passion led me to transform from a small marketing agency into a fully fledged Marketing Cloud agency, with the goal of helping organisations establish meaningful connections with customers through the use of personalised, creative and data-driven marketing. At Growing Minds, I like to combine my strong background in Econometrics and my creative mindset. I consider meaningful connections to be important not only when it comes to clients and customers, but also when it comes to co-workers. As the CEO, I try to foster an environment in which people want to be a part of the team, in which they feel comfortable and even passionate to innovate and bring their own ideas to the table. At work I like to think in possibilities rather than in limits, and I'm always searching for ways to grow further.Growing Minds consists of a talented group of experts and specialists in Marketing Cloud that help leading brands and Nonprofits with devising optimal customer contact strategies and executing intelligent one-to-one customer journeys.
