Following approval of my recommended way forward, I was made responsible for designing globally standardised process flows and the next level of detail with SME's across businesses and locations globally. An important aspect of my role is to engage with (senior) stakeholders and establish a change governance structure to ensure the level of quality and standardisation is increased or maintained after the project has ended and through the lifecycle of the tool.I was also given the responsibility of assuring quality on the project; making sure the project delivers up to standard from different perspectives and resolving issues when they occur.
