HR Strategy: Project Advisor. HR Integrated Operations is a programme that aims to:1) Align and integrate Continuous Improvement and optimisation projects across HR, Learning and Recruitment Operations in order to maximise and secure delivery of identified short and medium term benefits - est 35M annually2) Assess options for a future HR operational model to establish integrated World Class HR Operations as an enabler of group and People Strategy delivery.As PMO, I was responsible for establishing the fundaments of the program me. I also managed a project with the goal to ensure compliancy with record management requirements for the HR function and implements tools and processes to remain compliant. This involved analyzing the as-is status, conducting interviews, gathering evidence, designing and implementing changed ways of working throughout the HR function globally.

Shell IT for IT: Global implementation of an Information Risk Management tool. Responsible for analysing the quality and state of currently documented processes and the degree of standardisation globally. I have created a proposal and recommendation for the project as to what the way forward should be in terms of achieving standardisation through a process design exercise. Following approval of my recommended way forward, I was made responsible for designing globally standardised process flows and the next level of detail with SME's across businesses and locations globally. An important aspect of my role is to engage with (senior) stakeholders and establish a change governance structure to ensure the level of quality and standardisation is increased or maintained after the project has ended and through the lifecycle of the tool.I was also given the responsibility of assuring quality on the project; making sure the project delivers up to standard from different perspectives and resolving issues when they occur. The role includes PMO activities as well.

Part of a large-scale project that aims to streamline the delivery of Learning by moving administration aspects into a centralised location; ensuring standardised data entry. My role specifically is to develop and implement new bussiness processes, as well as to contribute in developing company-wide process design standards.In addition, I have been responsible for the development of the tool with which the new global processes are to be initiated, including training and comms.

Following a successful completion of the project in which I had my previous role, Shell is now looking to apply the same model of organisational improvement and effectiveness to other businesses as well. In my role as a Business Analyst I:> Design to-be Global Processes> Hold process design workshops with business stakeholders> Have been appointed Process Focal Point to co-ordinate process related activities and ensure standardisation and alignment within both the project, as well as across Shell> Provide one point of contact for all process related matters.

To improve HR Services performance worldwide, Shell started a project with the aim to simplify and standardise HR business processes and provide HR Services from an offshore location. In my role as the Subject Matter Expert in the Process Central Co-ordination Team, I was responsible for:Ø Providing Quality assurance and Central Coordination of activities linked to localising Global Local Services processes.Ø Providing a single point of contact for process related issues and questions to various stakeholders.Ø Ensuring consistency of Localised Local Services processes by reviewing and signing off country output.Ø Designing and ensuring appropriate and consistent use of templates and tools.Ø Co-ordinate the administrative support (1 Pers.)

Started in the the Services Project with a role in Knowledge Management:Ø Worked on developing a method of capturing HR documentation to be migrated into HR Online.Ø Harmonised and standardised HR documentation to improve accuracy, quality and consistency of HR information and to make it suitable for storage in HR Online.

Ø Analysed, processed and followed up on HR transactional requests.Ø Interacted and communicated with employees, line managers and business HR with a focus on customer service and process improvement.Ø Maintained accurate and up-to-date files / SP records and knowledge management information.Ø Designed and implemented a new structure for the department to be able to deal with the effects of the reorganisation and still maintain a high level of service.

Ø Analysed data from an internal inquiry and made recommendations as to the improvement of policy;Ø E-HRM; Developed a blueprint for a system that would enable managers and employees to pass on changes and requests to the HRM department, following a standard process.

For a project that had been finished, not all costs had been invoiced to the customers.Ø Checked client-data and created invoices accordingly;Ø Was the first point of contact for customers that had received the aforementioned invoices.
