Ø Analysed, processed and followed up on HR transactional requests.Ø Interacted and communicated with employees, line managers and business HR with a focus on customer service and process improvement.Ø Maintained accurate and up-to-date files / SP records and knowledge management information.Ø Designed and implemented a new structure for the department to.

Ø Analysed data from an internal inquiry and made recommendations as to the improvement of policy;Ø E-HRM; Developed a blueprint for a system that would enable managers and employees to pass on changes and requests to the HRM department, following a standard process.
