De Raad adviseert het programmamanagement van de Master over ontwikkelingen en trends die van invloed kunnen zijn op de gebieden waarop de Master Risicomanagement zich richt.

Als Adviseur Risicomanagement werk ik via Cratos Consulting bij diverse organisaties, zoals Royal Schiphol Group en Rijkswaterstaat. Ik adviseer organisaties bij het uitvoeren, onderhouden en verbeteren van het risicomanagementproces. Centraal staat het versterken van het vermogen van het projectteam om risico’s en kansen te herkennen en te beheersen en het wijzen op acties van teamleden op dit gebied. Hierin werk ik met erkende methodieken zoals de RISMAN-methode en het Management of Risk (M_o_R) waarin risicomanagement als een cyclisch proces wordt toegepast en welke leidt tot een integrale risicoanalyse en sturingsinformatie.Cratos Consulting is een organisatieadviesbureau, gespecialiseerd in integrale beheersing met als focus gebieden: risicomanagement, inkoopmanagement & contractmanagement en assetmanagement.Onze missie: Mens & Organisatie grip geven op de toekomst. As Manager Safety Services I developed the branch Safety Services in a process-oriented and operational manner. My team and I established the division as such we can provide for research, consultancy, more than 80 safety trainings, and safety products through a new Securitas webshop. The department (Branch) Safety Services unburdens customers/ employers in their need for safety issues.Securitas’ core business focuses on delivering integrated security solutions. In cooperation with our customers, we develop customized and efficient solutions with the right balance of on-site security officers, mobile guarding services and technological security solutions. We also develop new services that deliver added value for our customers and improve our profitability.Securitas is a knowledge leader in the field of security and offers a broad range of services: specialized guarding, mobile services, monitoring, technology solutions, safety services, consulting and investigations.

As an account manager I am responsible for the acquisition of clients and projects. Next to this I am responsible for several existing clients. I am skilled in development of risk assessment and evaluation (RI&E) and the apt application of these assessments by making a solid security plan for any event, which is mostly done in a multidisciplinary team.Furthermore I am responsible for the HRM, including the training of individuals to Event Security Officers (ESO).EBM Security offers a complete security package for all kinds of events, ranging from large festivals to small-scale parties. Skilled, well-trained and certified security personnel is part of our regular staff and can be allocated effectively. As a company EBM Security fulfills all legal requirements; one such acknowledgement from the Dutch Ministry of Justice is ND number 639.
