As an Environmental Consultant at Ramboll, I specialise in water monitoring programs, nature-positive strategies, biodiversity conservation, and project management. With over 20 years of research experience in aquatic ecology, I bring a deep understanding of aquatic ecosystems to effective water resource management.In addition to my role at Ramboll, I am the Founder and CEO of Ecofluent, a consulting company dedicated to achieving climate resilience in WASH implementations, Integrated Water Resources Management, and holistic basin approaches.My expertise includes:• WASH Systems approach, with a special focus on WASH in Schools (WinS)• Project Management and MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning)• Integrated Water Resources Management• Geospatial and Statistical Analysis, including GIS and Remote Sensing• Climate Resilience and AdaptationI currently serve as the Project Manager for Needs4Water, an organisation that is implementing a WASH in Schools project in Ethiopia.With international experience spanning over 10 countries across Europe, Oceania, South America, and Africa, I bring a global perspective to my work.
