As a Business Support Engineer I am the interface between R&D and our (end)customers, focusing on supporting our business and customers in cooperation with HQ (Service & Support, Marketing, Portfolio Strategy) and the sales Regions. Dedicated customer focus is central where focus is both on working on short term solutions and knowledge sharing to help our sales regions and customers but also retrieving field feedback, really understanding customer needs and steer the product roadmap. During this period I have been working on strengthen the competitive positioning of a cut sheet printer in order to develop and maintain the product roadmap of Canon’s cut sheet inkjet portfolio.
