My role involves developing detailed drawings, models, and other design-related documents, and participating in client meetings to discuss design requirements for new constructions, alterations, or refurbishments.Collaboration is crucial to my work. I work closely with global design teams, specialists, suppliers, and subconsultants, coordinating design aspects across various disciplines and stakeholders. I contribute to project documents, including multi-disciplinary drawings and technical specifications, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards. I also prepare discipline drawings for submission to Statutory Authorities, understanding local and international codes, regulations, and submission requirements.I am proficient in developing models using SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, and other necessary software. I apply "Safety in Design" principles throughout the design process and adhere to ISO 9001 Quality Assurance standards. Additionally, I support mentoring less experienced staff and participate in professional development and “Lessons Learned” sessions.With a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and over 7 years of experience, I bring expertise from concept through to detailed design across various project types, including residential, commercial, and hospitality. My knowledge of building codes, and regulations, and familiarity with Middle East design practices enhance my ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Strong communication and teamwork skills allow me to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
