Project Manager - iPay• RELEASE OWNER - Manages the entire release process including planning releases, setting up release timelines for both Sri Lanka and Cambodia, handling the UAT process with relevant stakeholders, managing the security testing process, preparing release notes, and managing all release-related tasks.• SDLC - Manages iPay SDLC in both Sri Lanka and Cambodia including sprint pre-planning, sprint planning, sprint review, sprint retrospective, and all other agile-scrum ceremonies.• FINANCIAL - Involved in estimations, costing and analysis, preparing monthly financial reports, costing releases for both Sri Lanka and Cambodia, invoicing respective entities for the development work and production support, preparing team performances reports, managing vendor payments, and involved in capital expenditure.• OTHER - Talent acquisition, stakeholder management both International and local, onboarding new recruits to the team, arranging and conducting meetings with stakeholders, liaising continuously with the product owner, continuous development status communication to higher management
