You may also conduct interviews directly, depending on the company’s hiring process.• Acting as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication and efficient decision-making.• Verifying candidate information, conducting reference checks, and managing the background check process where necessary.• Ensuring recruitment practices adhere to labor laws and company policies, and maintaining proper records of candidate information.

Major Duties involved:• Collaborate with the sales team to efficiently manage proposals, maintain records, maintain quotations and relay essential information to stakeholders• Petty Cash Handling• Address sales inquiries and manage customer complaints in a timely and professional manner• Maintain a comprehensive customer portfolio to ensure accurate and up-to-date information• Prepare management reposts and assist in creating sales presentation to support decision making
