HR Assistant  Handling HRIS  Handling Payroll Preparation of employee’s personal files Preparation of ABH forms and submitting to the labor department Preparation of documents related to recruitment, selection of other employees & updating the HR System Preparation of supporting documents for payroll Preparation of EPF and ETF claim forms for employees Updating and maintaining HR System Preparation of service letters, service certificates, transfer letters etc. Delivering of induction program for new employees Conduct interviews, recruitment and selection process Handling all welfare functions & OrganizingPROJECT COORDINATOR *Preparation of monthly progress reports, construction cash flows, handing over document and updating work program*Uploading, maintaining and monitoring the US Army system (RMS 3.0)*Uploading progress claims and generating invoices for all US Army projects*Coordination between US Army and Head office*Coordination between sites and Head office*Maintenance of proper backups (Hard & Soft copies), preparing , handling and filling all the relevant documents of HEC projects*Update and maintain the information data base related to HEC projects.*Maintain and upkeep of filling system with all official external and internal written correspondence*Preparing write ups and other necessary documentation for HEC when required
