Right from the general knowledge of firmware to the detailed setup of the user application software, as well as hardware components and their signal paths. As the radar systems are all over the world and many tasks are preformed at the customer location, there is a lot of travel and planning of activities in cooperation with the customers.The variety of tasks including their planning and execution is, but not limited to:● System testing and bug reporting / design improvements suggestions.● Hardware / Software upgrades with accompanying setup and verification.● Reading customer requirements and agreeing on test methods to verify a given requirement.● Preforming FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) at Weibel Test Center together with the customer.● Preforming SAT (Site Acceptance Test) at customers test facility.● Providing customer support either at customer site or online.● Doing scheduled preventive maintenance and calibration at customer location.● Training / teaching how to use and maintain the radar systems both for customers at customer location and internally.● Making and maintaining training material. ● Doing ad hoc repairs at short notice anywhere in the world for support of critical missions.
