I am an expert advisor to investors and healthcare companies on healthcare/life sciences transactions. Passionate about healthcare and deals, I have been a co-founder of Abolon Group, a healthcare/life sciences-focused strategy consulting and transaction advisory firm with offices in London, Munich and Zurich/Zug, serving blue-chip investor and corporate healthcare clients across the world. I have previously been a non-exec board member with Zentiva (generic pharma), ProStrakan (biotech), Domus Homecare (durable homecare), Bison Bede (stairlifts) and thus qualified and experienced to support board-level decision-making across healthcare product and services businesses, having gained more than 25 years of international experience at McKinsey, JP Morgan and Warburg Pincus. I have written the book "The Generics Fascination", published by Handelsblatt-Verlag.I like mountaineering (successful Mt. Everest summit climb in 2004, 25th German national on the summit), running (10 marathons to date, 2:59 in London in 2004) and classical music (gave a dozen international soloist concerts).
