Tendering Works: Check newspaper & social media for new tender notices: Go site survey & measure with operation team: Quantity take off all work done from tender drawing : Inquire to clients for tender clarifications.: Tabulate the quantities as per tender document: Arrange to invite quotations from subcon & material supplier: Check all quotations & discuss with subcons for quoted price & quantities according to tender drawing: prepare to submit tender documents Construction & Finishing Works : Check & compare the tender drawing & contract drawing : Prepare & discuss main contract with clients and tabulate the Project Budget for each materials: Market analysis and invite the quotations from Subcon & material supplier and help to develop procurement Strategies: Choose fair price with best performance : Prepare to contract & negotiate the price & agreement with subcons & suppliers : Compute, arrange, proceed the material orders & budget monitoring: Make short drawing by autocad & rebar bending schedule: Check actual work-done and certify Sub-con Payments : Prepare to submit progress claim with progress report: Measure & submit all Vo workdone: Check rebar usage & wastage on site: Check final payment & retention for subcontractor: Prepare breakdown final claim & financial statement
