• Main key contact person between internal teams & client
• Maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent service and addressing client concerns
• Work closely with cross functional teams, third parties & talents to develop IMC plans aligned with client objectives

• Upload & schedule creative content & videos across multiple platforms, (e.g., Facebook and Instagram)
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and consumer behavior

• Responsible for checking the job applying emails & formatting candidates' resumes
• Control and manage CRM database by creating candidates, clients and company profiles
• Contact candidates for their updated job information and update in database accordingly
• Post job announcements on the website, social media, and other platforms
• Handle reception phone calls, and deal with complaints and inquiries from both clients and candidates

• Explore music industry, bring in new talented artists and develop strong relationships with artists
• Act as a liaison between clients and artists to achieve business goals and development
• Responsible for handling issues related to artists' complaints and requests and assisting artists to get more engagement if necessary
• Manage talents & celebrities for TVC and sponsorship music videos
• Briefing ideas to artists for theme song projects and campaigns and helping them negotiate their deals
• Negotiate talent fees for KOLS, and other business matters (For example: favorable benefits, and future projects)
