I hold two master degrees, Master in Agricultural Economic and master's in public administration. I worked as Assistant Supervisor in Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation for 5 years. I learned improved agricultural practices in Israel for about 11 months in 1999 to 2000. I worked as technical specialist on the area of agriculture and capacity development on community-based organizations (CBOs) and Self Reliance Groups (SRGs) in UNDP in Eastern Rakhine State and delta. Currently, I am working as Programme Policy Officer (Cash Based Transfers) in Myanmar Country Office in United National World Food Programme. Overall, I have about 17 years experience working with UN agencies and International Non-Government Organizations in the areas of humanitarian and development. I have expertise on project cycle management, policy analyst, capacity development on community-based organizations, Social Protection and cash-based transfers programming.
