- Handle emails pertaining to rooms reservations- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge - Verifying arrivals for the following day to ensure all reservations are accurately recorded. - Responding to incoming phone calls according to established protocols (LQA/IFH Standard)- Manage “no show” reservations by investigation and recording of same - Taking, amending and cancel reservation details as applicable. Confirming the method of payment. - Replying to every request for information within the timeline specified by the hotel.- To check the reservations that are entered into PMS the day before, regardless of arrival date and channel.- To utilize “preferences”, “traces “and comments to ensure that the relevant departments are kept updated with regards to any preferences made by guests- Liaise with the Accounting Department information on Reservation procedures, reports and operational problems and payments of commission.- Managing bookings and inquiries from travel agents.- Updating group rooming list

- Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.- Checking the availability of accommodation on the customers’ desired travel dates.- Handling group bookings from travel agents and corporate companies.- Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.- Selling and promoting additional services or special packages.- Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process.- Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.

- Communicate with customers for required documents- Screening of documents, data entry, photo capture, fingerprint capture, printing, quality assurance and tracking and issuance.
