Senior Odoo Hr Support Specialist
Current• Troubleshooting of software and application• Quality testing the HR application manually step by step and find the issue, discuss with respective team to improve product• Training and demonstration to the customer about the products feature and functions• Assign tasks to development team to new requirements and fixes• Handle and resolve the customer complaints by calls, email, viber and face-to-face• Communicate directly interact with clients, accept and clients’ enquiry and errors tickets and update in JIRA ticketing system• Participate and support in the activities for systems implementation and testing• Training for clients and internal staffs• Monitoring and tracking every project needs in real time• Experience with HR Management Module (Leave, Attendance, Overtime, Payroll, PMS, Reporting etc.)
