• Report directly to Director on all Communications, Marketing and Public Relations• Develop and manage a media relations strategy, seeking high level placements in print, broadcast and online media on an ongoing basis.• Manage media inquiries and interview requests• Create content for press releases, articles, features and keynote presentations.• Assist in the effective execution of the PR, events and Marketing strategy.• Writing, editing and proof reading all content for internal and external communication and in house newsletter• Co-ordination of Communication Projects and PR Campaigns• Research and activation of Public Relations Campaigns• Co-ordination of Special Projects• Maintaining a keen understanding of industry trends affecting the organisation and make appropriate recommendations regarding communications strategy surrounding them.

• Marketing coordinating• Liaising with clients, suppliers, prospects and copywriters• Facilitating and planning mailing programme• Set internal creative meeting for mailing theme and selection criteria• Compile cost summary and present mailing cost to client for approval• Production and project management• Editing and proofreading artwork • Complete billing and submit to Accounts for invoicing• Attending quarterly review meetings• Compiling client contact reports • Entertaining clients and suppliers (e.g. client luncheons, breakfast meetings etc.)
