Finance Management: Oversee the department’s investment slate, working with internal stakeholders to meet monthly budget targets for forecasting and goods receipting. Collaborate with leadership and finance teams to monitor budget KPIs and ensure end-of-year financial targets are on track. Act as the subject matter expert on the department’s procurement system and handle finance-related queries. Operational Management: Lead the development and maintenance of tools, focusing on digitalisation and automation to enhance marketing processes. Act as the subject matter expert on the marketing resource management platform for workflow and finance management. Govern the department’s framework and content on internal platforms. Continuously review and improve processes, ensuring team clarity on risk, finance, planning, and measurement. Organise knowledge sharing and provide support for process-related expectations. Show less
