Main Job• Researching and designing automatic machines for production processes in the production line to increase productivity and product quality, reduce manpower.• Optimize production human resources, reduce waste of time, and calculate to apply automation machinery during product in station NPI until the production run of mass production.• Analyses Standard time and LOB line need improve Manpower• Decided method for project Manpower: Combine Process, Make auto Machine• Review design for all Part: Maintenance department, PE department, Production department, Quality department, NPI department.• Make BOM list for auto machine (sensor, PLC, contactor, valve…).• Electrical design: Design layout electrical box on Auto Cad, build Program PLC, PC for machine and run with simulation mode, list Input – Output point equipment for Machine.• Self-assembly, layout of electrical equipment on automatic machines. Check the sensor connection, servomotor, cylinder during the setup process and operate the machine automatically• Program for auto machine: PLC program, HMI program, PC program communication with PLC and MES system by protocol Ethernet TCP/IP.• Repair and maintenance auto machine when trial test• Follow MP (Mass production) and improve machineC. Skill• Strong experiences in design and PLC programing for new automation machine: PLC Mitsubishi (The best), PLC Panasonic, PLC Omron…• Design Interface HMI: GOT 1000, GOT 2000• Using C# communication PLC, send data from PLC to system MES• Knowledgeable of equipment automation in industrial example: Keyence, Mitsubishi, Omron, Autonics, SMC…,• Read English document fluent, have skill training member of Team
