And finding a solution is the final and important step- Sometimes we do domestic delivery by using Vietnamese company name TSI AGRI VIETNAM. We have to do: Import procedure, work with forwarder/ logistics, delivery, resolving issues when cargo arrives at the factory have problems....- Sometimes we broker for bulk vessels from Black sea: Sold to Van Son/ Tan Long. Coordinate contract term negotiating / Insurance issue/ Demmurage/ Detention calculating...etc- Help Buyers in Vietnam to re-export cargo when they have to re-export (most of time because of PPD 's issue) - already help a lots companies to do this even big trader like Tan Long/ Van Son ...- Volume trade by container about 15-20k/ month

Quang Minh corporation have a crushing plant in the North with Capacity 1k soybean / day. And have a feed mill capacity 15k/ month- 07/2012 - 08/2013: Operation staff: Prepare imported docs for import commodities: Soybean /corn/ wheat/Ddgs ... for crushing plant and feed mill. And also work on CMA program of soybean import to Vietnam, working with forwarder, logistic partner, warehouse to prepare for cargo smoothly when arrive to avoid any kind of demurrage and stuck - 09/2013 -05/2014: Start negotiating the contract with Suppliers/Sellers, fix the term on both container biz and bulk vessel ., calculate the Demurage/Detention for vessel/ Working with Insurance company in case you have any issue with cargo , working with Shipping agent/Logistic partner to make sure everything is in control:+ Coordinate with the logistics department for discharging and storage, nominate the port, etc.+ Prepare the initial laytime calculation to know when the vessel shall be on demurrage.+ Nominate the vessel agent, surveyors, and clearance agent and coordinate with all concerned parties and the authorities for sampling upon shipment arrival.+ Finalize all the customs formalities and obtain the discharging approvals from the concerned parties.+ Coordinate with the agent and the logistics team to call the vessel to discharge berth once available.+ Prepare the final laytime with sellers to close this file.+ Keep following the release of goods and report the shortage to the insurance company if any and follow the claim.- 06/2014- 08/2015: Risk management position: Control company account hedging to make sure that can protect company in case market up and down.- 09/2015- 07/2017: Purchasing team leader: 5 staff in my team, I lead company on buying strategy and discussing with chairman on buying decision.Every month buy about: 25-30k soybean; 60 -120k corn; 30-60k wheat, 5-10k of DDGS.
