- Collaborate with the Sales Department to implement recruitment plans aligned with business objectives.- Recruitment positions include: Sales Executives, Sales Managers, Regional Sales Directors for HCM area, and other relevant positions.- Monitor the probationary process.- Coordinate with the Training Department to execute training programs for new staff and other training sessions as per schedule.- Provide guidance to business management teams on HR matters: probationary evaluations, appointments, transfers.- Compile HR reports for the Sales Department, covering recruitment, turnover rates, probationary status, sales performance, etc.- Manage the resignation process: conduct exit interviews, guide resignation paperwork procedures..- Support the Administrative Department in managing personnel records and organizing internal events

- Responsible for recruiting positions of the Production, Technology, QA/QC, Lab, and Administrative departments.- Participating in organizing job fairs, factory tours for students.- Preparing recruitment reports.- Conducting orientation training for new employees.- Supporting the implementation of internal training sessions: setting up classrooms, assisting trainers, preparing study materials.- Editing, reviewing, and signing off on job descriptions, organizational charts as requested.
