ENCHANTUS Competition - a competition where a team of 6 members bring innovative ideas to help unfortunate people outside of society.𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜 𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐬:- Scouting and communicating with 10 different shelters to request permission to organize the on-site event.- Collaborate and Communicate effectively with 5 team members to conduct a proposal consisting of big ideas, a budget plan, a risk management plan, on-event activities, and a division of task table for the project.- Pitching the proposal with slides in both Vietnamese and English for the EBMBs for approval.- Executed and recorded the charity trip and posted it on social media.𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬:- Hand-crafting the backdrop following the Vietnam of the 80s theme, achieving the KPIs set out (making 50 flan cakes, and taking 15 Polaroid photos for the elderlies). - 100% of people were satisfied with the on-event activities.- 100% of members were satisfied with the working environment.- Achieve 2nd runner up position in the ENCHANTUS Competition with~250 likes, ~100 shares, and approximately 19k views on the video.
