- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure customer satisfaction and meet the bank’s overall business targets.- Perform credit assessment and propose credit solutions for customers following the bank's policies, regulations, risk appetite, credit orientation, and business strategy.- Maintain control of customers' business closely, review and monitor credit quality regularly by keeping up-to-date with industry and market developments that impact customers, detect early warning signals, and propose solutions.- Identify opportunities to upsell banking products and services.- Work closely with internal teams (legal, risk, operations) to ensure seamless delivery of financial solutions and high-quality client service.- Perform other duties as per request by the line manager from time to time.

- Proactively seek and acquire corporate clients, sell products, and provide care to maintain regular relationships with clients.- Conducted client due diligence, including financial analysis and site visits, to assess creditworthiness and loan feasibility.- Monitor customers before, during, and after credit approval, remind them to make timely repayments, and coordinate efforts to handle and recover bad debts or risk-handled debts from assigned clients.- Manage and update customer information, providing relevant data to related departments to support early warning processes.- Perform other tasks as assigned.
