It seems the only possible route is to rent off a rogue landlord who offers higher rent but unsafe, illegal and unhealthy living spaces. And while you feel this crisis does not effect you directly, it's all around you. We live in a country saturated with deprivation. It's on your street, it's part of your community and it has become accepted in society. Our experience defines us. It drives us away from this acceptance and motivates us to do better.
