As a Meditation Facilitator I use various forms of meditation - from Zen to Mindfulness - in group and individual settings. As Buddhist Chaplain I attend to the sick and end-of-life patients, their families and staff in hospital. CPE Advanced Level Accreditation.As past Executive Coach, Mentor and Facilitator, my major focus was on helping individuals and businesses achieve and maintain optimum levels of performance. I have also worked with various companies at local and global levels as General Manager. Specialities : Organisational transformation and change initiatives, organisational and individual wellbeing, customer service excellence, resilience, employee engagement, motivation and stress management.I have been a keynote speaker & presenter at various conferences, professional development events, AIM PD forums, and business breakfast events. In 2010 I was invited as course facilitator on Leadership & Emotional Intelligence in Asia for the Asia Pacific Business Forum in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. I have also lectured at university at undergraduate level (1991-1999), and (2000-2006) at postgraduate level.Having written & published numerous articles, I am also the author of “Think Less, Be More” (2010), a self-help book for personal & professional transformation (now out of print).
