As Lead Bartender I'm both goal and team oriented. My duties include setting up the bar daily or during transition for the PM shift. Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our items. Taking accurate orders and working with other tribe members to serve food and beverages that exceed guest expectations. Check patrons' identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages. Mixing alcoholic beverages and preparing coffee drinks such as lattes and signature drinks. Provide excellent customer service with a smile! This includes 90 second greeting times, 3 minute-3 bite check in and closing down service by collecting payment and making it an experience that keeps guests coming back. We all assist in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant including: washing dishes, glassware or other utensils, wiping down all surfaces on the bar and behind the bar, maintaining cleanliness overall and health and food service regulations behind the bar and for bar guests. There are even times we act as host or hostess by answering phones to take reservations or to-go orders, and by greeting, seating, and thanking guests, when needed. Lastly we offer our service by taking tables on the floor when bar is slow or when staffing is short.

Many of my responsibilities revolve around the offering the guests quality service, this includes mixology; in addition to expediting their food and beverage. We all assist in hosting; greeting and seating guest, as well as accommodating them with suggestions and any other resources which will aid in making them feel a warm welcome. Our locations deals with volume on the Wharf so all hands are on deck with pre-busing tables and overall maintenance of our establishment. I take leadership in holding myself fully accountable, so with that I go above and beyond for our all our guests.

Ensure the comfort of all guest by establishing good rapport and tending to their requests. I gained massive experience and knowledge in hospitality. I learned the steps of service and utilizing them to provide diners with the best possible experience. I help create the curriculum for training new onboarding servers and bartenders.

As leader of production, I provide creative direction and project management for our clients and their projects. Production design consists of transportation, inventory management, and equipment set up. I supervise day laborers as well as provide them with their designated roles. While conducting research and development, I engage with our audience via various social platforms including but not limited to Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, Google, etc. I remain involved in the post production process with such aspects as; consulting, drafting invoices and design look books, film and photo processing, printing, and digital archiving.

I was responsible for daily operations with a range of tasks from helping with administration issues to facilitating tours for potential members. I engaged with our members in order to show those new to the space how to best utilize it. At times this required organizing and hosting their conferences and company events. I managed our event calendar, while governing the resource areas which called for regular maintenance. I was responsible at the time for our member directory where I processed profile headshots for all participants.
