I am a data-driven Product Manager and entrepreneur with serious technical chops. I derive a deep sense of satisfaction by creating, shipping and scaling human-centered products. I build and scale products and cross functional product teams. I establish a learning culture within my teams and lead with clarity, focus and care. My products are used by millions of people and I plan to deliver for billions of users. I am strategic and hands-on. I excel at delivering the vision and the detailed plan, having done this multiple times at different stages of company development. The best products are built by active collaboration between product, technology, data and design team members. I organize my product squads into horizontal or vertical teams, focused on business KPIs and product frameworks.Women in tech bring a different sensibility to product management.  The struggle, courage, humility and surprises are baked into our work.  We begin and end with proof of concept, with value for the user, the company and ourselves. I leverage diversity to make my teams laugh and find their voices, to discover their assumptions and work passionately and productively together. I am passionate about growing future tech and product leaders and deeply invested in mentoring and sponsoring more women in tech. I grew up in an entrepreneurially diverse family that works in design, product and engineering. My adventurous spirit and deep sense of purpose are the yin and yang of my life. I meditate on my long trail runs and push my daughters to scale new heights while we rock climb together. Nature and family nourish my soul and make me better at everything I do.
