We analyse your area by looking into past fires, floods, cyclones and other emergencies and your future outlook to design custom scenarios across the entire spectrum of emergency preparedness, relief and recovery. We then use creative facilitation to ensure that your organisation is best placed to support or provide essential and urgent assistance to individuals, families and communities before, during and after emergencies.

Responsible for undertaking project management and policy development to build understanding about best practice planning for the Victorian emergency relief sector. This involves working with a diverse range of stakeholders including state government departments, local government and emergency relief organisations. Major projects have included coordinating the review of the Emergency Relief Handbook: A planning guide 2011-2012, development of the Red Cross emergency relief food and water program, involvement in the March 2012 floods, February 2013 and February - March 2014 heatwave and fires.

Responsible for designing and delivering a pilot program for how senior students living and working in university residences should resp pond to first aid incidents involving intoxicated residents. The program resulted in 250 students in Victoria, ACT and NSW receiving training with extremely positive results.
