My role encompasses delivering specialized maintenance testing services tailored for power plants and industries within Bhutan. The following testing services that I was involved in include: 1. Conducting Primary Injection Tests on various equipment including generators, transformers, current transformers, potential transformers, etc.2. Performing Insulation Diagnostic Tests such as Tan Delta and Insulation Resistance analysis on generators, transformers, current transformers, potential transformers, etc.3. Conducting Partial Discharge measurement and PD Pattern Analysis on generators, transformers, current transformers, potential transformers, HV & MV power cables.4. Carrying out Earth Impedance Measurements including earthing resistance assessments for power system switchyards and residential buildings, as well as soil resistivity measurements.5. Providing Battery Bank Diagnostic Tests including capacity tests and commission tests for battery banks.6. Performing DC Hi-Pot Tests.7. Calibration of Insulation Resistance (IR) Testers.

Involved in maintenance of generators and transformers at Tala Hydropower Plant.-Testing and Maintenance of 170 MW Hydro Generator-Testing and maintenance of 70 MVA Generator Transformer-Testing and maintenance of other auxiliary equipment

Involved in the project "Construction, Testing & Commissioning of 132/33 kV Substation at Motanga, Samdrup Jongkhar."-Laying and settlement of control and auxiliary cables-Installation of cable suport-Connection of substation equipment (CB, PT, CT)-Wiring for switchyard panels, control and relay panels.
