Duties and Responsibilities, Assist in managing and maintaining the financial health of the organization. Report monthly and yearly SOPOL, SOFP, and SOCF to the GM and CFO within deadlines. Ensure the timeliness, content, and quality of financial statements. Review and control taxation requirements, including submissions to the IRD. Assist in managing and coordinating monthly and yearly reporting, as well as budgeting processes. Assist in overseeing the operations of the finance department, setting goals and objectives, and designing a framework to achieve them. Build strong working relationships with various departments (e.g., Sales Team, Customer Care, Order Planning, and Returns) to resolve queries causing payment delays. Ensure AR collections are accurate and timely, and that AP payments are correct and complete. Assist in analyzing costs, pricing, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to business plans. Prepare and analyze monthly KPI data, and present findings to the GM and CFO. Conduct necessary training to keep the team’s skills and knowledge up to date. Prepare TRA, ORG, and other necessary documents for the department. Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances. Correspond with various departments to discuss company plans and agree on future actions. Review and control the implementation of accounting software. Supervise finance team members to ensure resources are utilized efficiently and effectively. Ensure the team fulfills their respective duties and roles. Work closely with team members to motivate and create a positive working environment Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Maintain confidentiality of organizational information. Undertake any ad hoc duties or tasks as required.
