I am currently functioning as the Youth Development Lead for Imperial as well the project lead for Wellness within Imperial. I am a part-time Masters student working towards completing my Mcom dissertation in Industrial Psychology on toxic leadership. I am invested in the development of leadership at my church. In my spare time, I form part of the Student Rag Community Service forum at North West University which helps the less fortunate. My mission is to influence the lives of those around me for the better by imparting the knowledge that I have gained to them. I live to help people help themselves and I have an acute ability to initiate processes where efficiency triumphs effort. I take pride in developing teams and unlocking potential by integrating business unit silos. I am a cross-functional team member as well as an individual contributor. As a leader, I trust first and work tirelessly to build mutually beneficial relationships. Above all, I maintain integrity and I am always professional in my endeavors with internal and external stakeholders. Being client centric, I serve as an Ambassador for the Company in whose employ I am.
