Key Duties and Responsibilities:• Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies: Creating plans and campaigns to reach target audiences through various digital channels, such as social media, viber marketing, and online advertising.• Content creation and management: Producing engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, and other digital channels. Managing content calendars and ensuring consistent brand messaging.• Social media management: Building and maintaining social media profiles (especially LinkedIn), rechecking content from content writers, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media metrics to optimize performance.• Viber marketing: Developing and implementing viber campaigns, including list segmentation, designing templates, adding attractive content from content writer, and analyzing campaign performance.• Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Working closely with sales team, design and video creator, content writers, web developers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing campaigns.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:• Checking thoroughly the contracts that are sent by client; payment terms and conditions, contract type, contractor (Corp/Myanmar), quoted prices and etc.• Preparing the payment invoice and submit the invoice with related documents.• Alerting to issue every payment on right time avoid the delayed receivable payments.Assisting and reporting my leader to accomplish the projects smoothly.• Collecting the required inventory, forecast the receivable mapping with the trackers reported by logistics team, project acceptance team, rollout team, documentation team and engineering team. • Matching the digits received by cheque or Telegraphic Transfer from client’s debit advice and bank’s credit advice.• Follow up and solving the overdue payment to achieve the target which are arranged by HQ.• Collecting and preparing the tax receipts of relative projects.• Invoice submission in internal system and solving system requirements.• Maintain and update the all asset files that are including project site detail information and costing every month.• Assist and analyze problems for project closure.• Communicate with internal project teams to solve the problems and complaints from customer. • Reporting the standing book (project tracking report) to all related CEO, PM, CFO and project director every week.
