I'm a Product Management professional with over 12 years of experience in developing digital strategies/products and leading multi-disciplinary teams. My mission is to transform and grow businesses (and people!) with an agile, data-driven and positive culture.Since my first professional experience at Google Brazil, I've consistently focused on solutions rather than problems, fostering great relationships and collaboration with cross-functional teams. From designing custom ad products/strategies to coordinating YouTube livestreaming events, I quickly became a subject matter expert, supporting multimillion-dollar revenue streams and enhancing operational efficiency.After relocating to the US, I assumed the role of Team Lead, overseeing complex projects and spearheading training initiatives for new hires in the New York office. Subsequently, I led the largest ad operation in history at the time (2016 US Elections) in Washington DC, where I built and trained a team to support sales and develop tailored products for election clients.Passionate about leadership and entrepreneurship, I founded and successfully exited a pioneering Augmented Reality startup, xGB. After conquering major clients (including Unilever, Google Cloud, BASF, Aliansce+brMalls, Sanofi, M. Dias Branco, Sem Parar, EY, Roche, O Boticário, Energisa, among others) and growing the team to ~20 people, xGB was successfully acquired by Le Biscuit.At Le Biscuit, I founded Le Labs - a tech and innovation hub filled with talent and diversity in every sense, from developers to UX researchers and Agile Masters. Together, we optimized LB’s website and launched their new e-commerce app (B2C) in just 2 months (prior to Black Friday), smashing revenue records.
