As on overall Prime Brokerage contributes significant role with efforts in both technology and starts teams to optimize and streamline profitibalityRoles and Responsibilities:• Responsible for the ongoing communication of live incidents.• Working on migration related issues and supporting on client related queries.• Monitor activity and performance levels against targets throughout the course of each day.• Coordinate post incident reviews/post-mortems to identify remediation, mitigation and areas for improvement.• Send business update emails to keep the management and users updated on the incident.
